It's been quite the interesting Montreal Canadiens season.

Many analysts predicted the Canadiens to be bottom feeders and fighting for the #1 overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft.

However the Canadiens have found some chemistry and are currently fighting for one of the Wild Card spots in the Eastern Conference.

A lot has come together for the Canadiens except one thing, the power play.

The power play has been an absolute disaster and many have questioned the team's selection of players for both units.

One of those standouts has been Joel Armia, while Armia has shown to be effective on the penalty kill he's been useless on the power play but continues to rack up consistent power play time.

Armia actually leads the league among active forwards for most power play time without having scored a power play goal.

Kind of mind boggling.
