The Montreal Canadiens have been making a lot of noise the last couple of days because of roster moves.
After losing Kenny Agostino to waivers today and calling up Dale Weise, the Canadiens and general manager Marc Bergevin might make another move.
According to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, the Canadiens and Los Angeles Kings are currently discussing a trade to acquire veteran center Nate Thompson.
The 34 year old is in the final year of his contract and has just six points in 53 games but has a 53.1% faceoff percentage on the season 52.5% in his career.
It would be interesting to see what the Habs' would give up?
With Thompson, the Habs' new fourth line might be Deslauriers-Thompson-Weise.
