Montreal Canadiens' general manager Marc Bergevin met with the media this afternoon with the team having a week off.

Bergevin made it clear that he's fully confident in his current group of players despite their recent struggles.

While he's happy with the team as a group, there's some guys he's pretty disappointed in as we saw in his answer to Martin McGuire who asked him to comment on Tomas Tatar's situation after being a healthy scratch on Saturday.

The GM said that the scratching was performance based and the team expects more from Tatar.

Bergey also added that the team is looking for more from forward Phillip Danault who has struggled to start the season.

Both players will be unrestricted free agents after the season and if they continue to play the way they have, it's more than likely it's their last season in a Habs' uniform.
