After their medicals and weigh ins, the Montreal Canadiens hit the ice on Monday for some actual practice.
Lots of excitement in the air as the new players found their spots in the lineup.
Everybody was on the ice today except for Corey Perry who's still in quarantine (Tatar was on the ice despite what general manager Marc Bergevin said yesterday).
The Canadiens line of Tatar , Phillip Danault and Brendan Gallagher was still together while Josh Anderson was skating with Jonathan Drouin and Nick Suzuki.
Tyler Toffoli found himself on the left wing of Jesperi Kotkaniemi and Joel Armia while the teams fourth line featured Artturi Lehkonen, Jake Evans and Paul Byron.
Newcomer Michael Frolik found himself on what could be the taxi line beside Jordan Weal and Ryan Poehling.
Defensive pairings still to come.
What do you think of the Habs' new lines:
Practice hasn’t formally started but judging by sweater colours, #Habs lines are looking like: Tatar - Danault - Gallagher Drouin - Suzuki - Anderson Toffoli - KK - Armia Lehkonen - Evans - Byron Poehling - Weal - Frolik
