The clock is ticking and NHL training camps are only a couple of days away.

Teams will hold 10 day training camps with no preseason games, so while we might not see guys fight for spots during exhibition, we'll definitely see some practice battles.

The Montreal Canadiens and general manager Marc Bergevin revealed to the media their list of training camp invites which was revealed by Sportsnet's Eric Engels.

Of course there's all the regular names but we'll point out some of the interesting ones.

Michael McNiven and Vasili Dechemko have been invited at the goalie position to join Charlie Lindgren, Cayden Primeau, Jake Allen and Carey Price.

On the blueline we've got Gustav Olofsson and Otto Leskinen invited on top of the regular names.

Up front is where it gets interesting with Brandon Baddock, Joseph Blandisi, Laurent Dauphin, Jacob Lucchini, Kevin Lynch and Joel Teasdale invited on top of the regular faces.

Do you think any of these names can crack the roster?
