The 2019 NHL free agency period was pretty exciting as we had names like Artemi Panarin, Sergei Bobrovsky and Matt Duchene hit the open market.

If no extensions are signed, we should have a pretty exciting 2020 class as well.

There should be some talent at every position just like this summer.

The center position is highlighted by Niklas Backstrom, Brayden Schenn, Charlie Coyle and Mikael Granlund.

Left wing could see the biggest contract handed out as Taylor Hall could hit the market and we've also got Mike Hoffman, Chris Kreider and Alex Galchenyuk.

There's a bit of drop off at right wing as the biggest names are Evgenii Dadonov, Tyler Toffoli and Wayne Simmonds.

On the left side of the blue line we see Torey Krug, Roman Josi, Jake Muzzin and TJ Brodie while on the right side we've got names like Alex Pietrangelo, Tyson Barrie, Jared Spurgeon, Justin Faulk and Sami Vatanen.

In between the pipes at the top of the list sit Stanley Cup winning goalies Braden Holtby of the Washington Capitals and Corey Crawford of the Chicago Blackhawks.

Who from this group do you think is going to get the biggest payday?
