The Montreal Canadiens had a very disappointing outing last night and watched the rival Toronto Maple Leafs clinch their playoff birth with the win at the Bell Centre.
Once again the team just showed up flat and couldn't produce anything on the offensive side of the puck.
This morning at practice head coach Dominque Ducharme decided to shuffle things up again.
Cole Caufield's time on the top six has come to an end as he found himself with Artturi Lehkonen and Jake Evans on the team's third line.
Corey Perry also dropped down as he found himself on the fourth line with Michael Frolik and Eric Staal.
The real eyebrow raiser was Jesperi Kotkaniemi's new spot which was left wing on the top line beside Phillip Danault and Josh Anderson.
What do you think of Ducharme's new lines?
Check them out below:
Kotkaniemi - Danault - Anderson
Toffoli - Suzuki - Armia
Lehkonen - Evans - Caufield
Frolik - Staal - Perry
