Tonight is the big day.... the Montreal Canadiens "fresh new start" under new head coach Dominique Ducharme.

We can expect some new energy as well as a greater emphasis on offense from the guys under Ducharme.

For the occasion, Ducharme has decided to make a couple of lineup changes to get his group rolling tonight in Winnipeg against the Jets.

To start, Ducharme has reunited the first line of Tomas Tatar, Phillip Danault and Brendan Gallagher. Tatar has struggled to start the season being bounced around and even saw himself a healthy scratch one night.

With Tatar back on the first line, Jesperi Kotkaniemi found some new linemates as he'll be skating with Tyler Toffoli and Corey Perry.

Jake Evans will watch the game from the press box as Artturi Lehkonen, Paul Byron and Joel Armia will make up the fourth line.

On defense Victor Mete will find himself back in the press box where he should be as the groups will look like opening night.

Despite some early morning drama, goalie Carey Price gets the start between the pipes.
