The Montreal Canadiens lost to the Arizona Coyotes last night however also lost a key player.
Forward Phillip Danault took a puck to the face and went down immediately.
Danault left the game and didn't return and it was scary considering what happened to the forward last year when he received a Zdeno Chara slapshot to the face.
On Tuesday morning head coach Claude Julien gave an update on the first line center and it was positive.
Julien said that Danault saw a dentist last night and he will more than likely play tomorrow night against the Bruins.
Absolutely great news as the Canadiens deal with the loss of Shea Weber in the midst of a playoff run.
Claude Julien says Phillip Danault saw dentist last night and is expected to play vs Bruins tomorrow night in Boston most likely with a full face mask. No fractures or concussion. Only lost teeth and cuts. #Habs #HabsIO
