Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin held a press conference today to talk about a couple of subjects.
Shea Weber and Carey Price's injuries along with the expansion and amateur drafts were the topics however he was also asked about Jonathan Drouin.
Bergevin provided everybody with the first real update we've heard.
The Habs' GM confirmed that Drouin is doing much better and is expected to be at training camp this fall.
Great news for the Canadiens and great news for Drouin who left the team for private reasons.
As Bergevin pointed out, Drouin was playing great hockey after Domnique Ducharme was named head coach so hopefully that carries over.
Jonathan Drouin will be at @CanadiensMTL training camp.
