The Minnesota Wild fired head coach Bruce Boudreau earlier today after trading away Jason Zucker earlier in the week.

It's clear that new Wild GM Bill Guerin is ready to switch things up and their next move might involve the Montreal Canadiens.

Michael Russo of The Athletic reports that the Wild are fielding offers on defenseman Matt Dumba and Jonas Brodin and that the Canadiens have checked in on the duo.

Russo adds that the Wild have interest in Max Domi and it would likely take the young center to get it done.

Domi has of course struggled this season and won't get the RFA contract he was hoping for.

The two defenders were first-round picks by the Wild and would give an excellent helping hand to the Habs' blue line, which needs a lot of help, especially in the absence of Shea Weber.

Would you do this trade involving Matt Dumba or Jonas Brodin?
