The Montreal Canadiens are full of bad news these days, but there's finally a little sunshine on the team.
Jonathan Drouin who's currently sidelined after surgery got some good news from doctors.
Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports that doctors have told Drouin there's no fracture in his wrist and it was just ligament damage.
That means Drouin shouldn't feel any discomfort when he returns to action after the new year.
The Canadiens could really use him right now because he was arguably their best player before he was injured.
Doctors told Jonathan Drouin he doesn’t have to worry about his left wrist. It’s not a fracture. Ligaments is the issue here and he’s been told he’ll be fine when he’ll return. @CanadiensMTL
