The Montreal Canadiens continue to enjoy their week off as they wait to play the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday.

General manager Marc Bergevin met with the media earlier this week and while most of the focus has been on Bergevin calling out Tomas Tatar and Phillip Danault for their poor play, he also made a pretty big statement about two of the Habs' prospects.

While speaking to the media, Bergevin spoke about the current progress of forward Cole Caufield and defenseman Jordan Harris.

Bergevin stated that he expects Caufield to turn pro after this year and the team will also likely be looking at the same scenario for Harris.

Caufield is currently ripping apart the Big-10 with 17 goals and 16 assists in 22 games so far this year with the University of Wisconsin, while Harris has 16 points in 15 games and has been one of the premier defenseman across the NCAA.
