The Montreal Canadiens have the week off and that gave general manager Marc Bergevin the opportunity to speak to the media.

Of course the big highlight was him calling out Tomas Tatar and Phillip Danault for their disappointing performance so far this season.

However it wasn't the only interesting comments Bergevin made.

The Habs' GM was also asked about the Victor Mete situation, Mete of course has demanded a trade out of Montreal.

Bergevin reiterated that he has no plans to trade Mete anytime soon.

“We have no intention of moving Victor and I was clear with the agent on that,”

Do you think that this is classic Bergey talk or is he really going to hold onto him all season long?
