The Montreal Canadiens stopped their losing skid at two games with a nice win against the Edmonton Oilers last night.

While things came very close to blowing up in their face again, the Canadiens held on and got the regulation win.

Josh Anderson was the hero and first star of the game and with the 2 goal performance he's inflated his already solid looking stats.

As per Sportsnet Stats:

"Josh Anderson scores 2 goals to give him 17 this season. His 1.65 goals per 60 minutes at 5v5 this season ranks 2nd in the NHL among players with 30+ games played."

Trading Max Domi for Josh Anderson is easily turning into of general manager Marc Bergevin's best moves not only this offseason but since he took over.
