KENT HUGHES WANTS A CULTURE CHANGE AND IT WOULD INVOLVE TWO FORMER PLAYERS!

Kent Hughes mentioned in a press conference that he wanted to establish a new culture in the organization. During his first appearance in front of the media, he even mentioned that he had to establish what a Canadiens player was.

As it is the case with Boston, we all know by seeing the profile of the guys on their roster who are real Bruins and who are not. We're talking about an established identity and culture.

But Kent Hughes has never played in the NHL and he knows that nothing has as bigger impact on the players as other guys who have been through what they are going through.

This is where Frank Seravalli of DailyFaceoff.com comes in!

Even though Vincent Lecavalier has denied the rumor that he will be named assistant to the general manager, Seravalli continues to link the former Lightning star to the Montreal organization.

According to him, a role as special advisor to the general manager would be a possibility in the short term!

This would be a less engaging position for Vinny Lecavalier but would still allow him to bring his expertise to the team!

Seravalli goes even further by mentioning that the first overall pick of the 1998 amateur draft would not be the only one to come and swell the ranks of the Tricolore's hockey department.

This is something to follow closely!
