Last night the Montreal Canadiens continued to put things back together with a big divisional win against the Ottawa Senators.
While things looked on the up & up heading into the Thursday night's game against the Red Wings in Detroit, the team announced some unfortunate information this morning.
The Canadiens announced via their Twitter account on Thursday that forward Jonathan Drouin didn't make the trip to Detroit last night for medical reasons.
He's suffering from a lower body injury and is currently listed as day to day.
It's unfortunate news for the Canadiens, as original reports last night had Drouin not making the trip because he forgot his passport and he would rejoin the team Thursday in Detroit.
While Drouin looks to be out for tonight's matchup, defenseman Shea Weber still looks to be a game time decision.
